Returns & Refunds Policy At atticora, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make things right.
Returns Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date your memory book is delivered. If more than 60 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. You’ll be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Return requests made more than 60 days after delivery.
Exchanges We replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a memory book for the same product, email us at support@atticora.com with photos showing the issue.

Shipping Returns To begin a return, please email us first to receive the proper return address and instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
